According to the national standard, a 15 ° angle is generally used for testing. If the sample is bent too much or breaks when bent to a 15 ° angle, the sample can be bent to a 7.5 ° angle, but it should be noted in the report.

Operation process

1. Sample preparation: Use a standard sampler to cut the sample, with a size of 80 x (38 ± 0.2) mm.

2. Image 1. Press the png key and select Clear Test Data. Set the standard parameters according to 6.2, with a testing speed of 5 °/s and a testing angle of 15 °. If the user needs to set the parameters themselves, they should be separately indicated in the test results.

3. Place one end of the sample to be tested in the "left sample fixture" and tighten the "fixture screw". Observe that the F value on the standby interface does not exceed 10mN.

4. Press the image 2. png key, and the instrument will start automatic testing and display the process curve (during the testing process, you can press the image 3. png key to terminate the test).

5. If the automatic zero angle is selected in the parameter settings, press the image 2. png key, and the zero angle will be automatically calculated based on the set zero angle threshold, and then start testing the display process curve.

After completing the test, the "sample fixture" automatically returns to its original position and displays the test data. Rotate the "fixture screw" counterclockwise to remove the tested sample.

6. Repeat the above steps for the next test. Until a set of sample tests are completed.

Crease stiffness test

1. Sample preparation: Use a standard sampler to cut the sample into a size of 36 x (38 ± 0.2) mm.

2. Image 1. Press the png key to clear historical test data. Set 【 Test mode: crease stiffness 】 according to 5.3.

3. First, check if the "right sample fixture" is in zero position. If not, manually rotate counterclockwise to zero position.

4. Place one end of the sample to be tested in the "right sample fixture" and tighten the "fixture screw". Observe that the F value on the standby interface does not exceed 10mN.

5. Press the image 2. png key and manually rotate the "right sample fixture" clockwise by 90 degrees. Once it is in place, the instrument will start testing and display the process curve. After completing the test, the test data will be displayed.
