Maintenance precautions for softness tester
The YT-RRY1000 Softness Tester is a testing instrument that simulates the softness of the hand, mainly used for measuring the softness of materials such as high-grade toilet paper, tobacco flakes, and fiber fabrics.
This instrument is designed based on the principles of the American Handle O-Meter instrument and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national standard GB8942 "Determination of Paper Softness". The instrument measurement and control system adopts a 32-bit ARM processor and a 7-inch serial port screen, achieving simple human-machine dialogue function. It has the advantages of advanced technology, complete functions, reliable performance, and easy operation. It is an ideal experimental equipment for industries and departments such as papermaking, scientific research, and quality inspection.
Due to the low value of the test item, the instrument should be placed on a sturdy and stable working platform, and there should be no strong magnetic fields or vibration sources around it to avoid affecting the accuracy of the test.
Turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, wait for the completion of the self inspection of the instrument, and then take down the foam paper on the test bench (to prevent the measurement head from vibrating during transportation).
Precautions:
1) Before starting work every day, please heat up the machine for 10 minutes.
2) The main power supply of the instrument is a three core plug. It is strongly recommended to install a ground wire and ground protection for the socket.
3) During the testing process, if there are any circuit abnormalities, please immediately shut down and contact the electrical engineer of the equipment department for handling.
4) After turning off the power switch, the time interval for turning it back on must exceed 5 seconds, otherwise there may be a power failure.
