Product structure, installation and debugging of Page Pull Tester
The YT-BBS500Q Page Pull Tester is based on the relevant provisions of the news and publishing industry standard "EVA type hot melt adhesive for book and magazine binding requirements and testing methods" proposed by the National Printing Standardization Technical Committee. The product is mainly used for measuring the binding strength of books and magazines.
Installation and debugging
There should be no equipment with strong magnetic interference around the testing machine.
The testing machine must be placed on a stable and vibration free site, and there should be enough space left behind the testing machine to facilitate the push of the edge clip device. Precautions:
1) Before starting work every day, please heat up the machine for 10 minutes.
2) The main power supply of the instrument is a three core plug. It is strongly recommended to install a ground wire and ground protection for the socket.
3) After the power switch is turned off, the interval between turning it on again must exceed 5 seconds.

2- Book blocking strip: The end face of the book contacts the book blocking strip, loosen the fixing screw counterclockwise, move the book blocking strip to the corresponding scale according to the size of the book, and tighten the fixing screw clockwise.
3- Page clamping device
4- Pressure gauge for page clamping device: The upper knob can be adjusted by pulling it up, and can be locked by pressing it down to adjust the pressure to prevent the pages from slipping during the testing process. The recommended pressure range is 0.5~0.6MPa.
5- Fixed pressure gauge on the back of the side page. The knob above the pressure gauge can be adjusted when pulled up, and locked when pressed down to prevent the book from slipping. It is recommended to use (0.15-0.2) MPa.
