On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of Yante Scientific Instrument, Zhejiang Yante Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd. organized employees to visit Tonglu for a two-day and one-night team building and expansion activity with the theme of "Thank you for having you and working together" on July 8, 2023.
High altitude descent, exploring Wolong Cav
On the morning of July 8th at 8 o'clock, everyone gathered and went to Tonglu. At 10 o'clock, they arrived at the first station of the team building - Jilong Mountain, and began the first challenge - high-altitude descent. Jilong Mountain has a cliff descent of over 40 meters and does not require special techniques or significant force. But we must overcome our fear of height and speed, and have the determination to move forward bravely and persevere to the end.
After lunch, take a break and embark on the second challenge - exploring the Wolong Cave. Put on rubber shoes, put on helmets, be an explorer, go deep into the cave, trudge in the cave opened by the current, rub your forehead with the newborn Stalactite, and feel that "there is no morning or evening in the cave, and the world has been thousands of years".
Bonfire party to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the company's establishment
Accompanied by the sunset, self-service barbecue is also being carried out in an orderly manner. Everyone is using their expertise, dividing their work in an orderly manner, making a fire, threading skewers, and grilling meat. They are busy and happy. The burning charcoal fire, the drifting smoke, the aroma of barbecue, and the smiling faces make everyone sit in a circle, chatting about fun, tasting delicious food, and experiencing the joy of life in their spare time.
As night fell, all employees signed in for the bonfire party one after another. Mr. Ni raised a torch and lit the bonfire, announcing the official start of the party.
The bonfire party kicked off in the "Rabbit Dance" game, igniting the enthusiasm of the on-site audience; The first stage of the evening party - Mr. Ni, the general manager of Yante, gave a speech. Mr. Ni stated that Yante's steady development in the past 15 years is inseparable from the trust and tolerance of customers; Without the understanding and support of Mr. Xu and Mr. Tong; Without the hard work of all employees. Shenxian Peak Group Construction, Tiger Roaring Gorge Drifting
Repair the night and start the second day of group building activities. Arrive at the Shenxian Peak in Tonglu around 9 o'clock to start the group building activities. Under the guidance of the coach, two small teams were quickly formed, namely the first team, the Wolf Warrior Team, with the slogan: Wolf Warrior, Wolf Warrior, King in One Battle. The second team, the speed of light team, has the slogan of "high efficiency, high quality".
Finger pressure plate relay: Team members taking off their shoes in order is beneficial for the finger pressure plate to reach the end point, and all employees need to reach the end point. No part of their body should touch the ground outside the finger pressure plate area, and those who arrive first are considered successful.
Minefield water collection: All students in the team use a fifty meter long rope to obtain water sources in a five meter diameter minefield within a specified time. In times of tension and without contact with the ground, only teams that are efficient, can quickly reach consensus, and have the courage to try can win by chance.
Using team building as a carrier, we will coordinate all employees together, fully utilize and mobilize the collective wisdom of all team members, enhance the cohesion of team members, work together and think together for common goals, gather excellent ideas among team members, learn from each other's strengths and weaknesses, and achieve the same goal through collective efforts, and enjoy it.
In the afternoon, head for the Baisui Gorge for rafting, climb a high platform, and ride a rafting raft on top. The speed will rapidly decrease from a few tens of meters high slide, and with the sound of screams, rafts will glide down the water, opening this exciting rafting feast.
The original intention remains unchanged and we grow together, forming a new chapter of cohesion. At this point, the 15th anniversary celebration of Yante Science and Technology Group has come to a successful end.
