Installation and debugging of Bending Stiffness Tester

12-12-2023

Bending Stiffness Tester is a basic instrument for testing the bending stiffness performance of paper and paperboard. This tester is a multifunctional stiffness tester, and the angle change during testing is fully automatically controlled by the motor, reducing human influence; The testing distance is adjustable, suitable for cardboard stiffness testing and crease resilience testing. It is a multifunctional intelligent measuring instrument widely used in paper enterprises, packaging manufacturers, quality inspection institutions and other units.

Installation and debugging of Bending Stiffness Tester

The instrument packaging box has an upper cover structure. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove all screws around the bottom, lift the wooden box with the upper cover, take out the accompanying technical documents and accessories, and remove the two bolts at the bottom of the host.

Place the instrument on a horizontal and stable platform that is free of vibration sources, clean working environment, no strong magnetic field, and no strong air convection (no wind blowing on the instrument).

The sensor of this instrument is a high-precision small range force sensor (with a range of 1kg), so it is not allowed to forcefully impact the measuring head or any behavior that causes the sensor to exceed the range (the sensor has over range protection, but still needs to be noted).

The main power supply of the instrument is a three core plug, and it is strongly recommended to protect the ground wire by grounding it.

When starting up, nothing should be placed around the sample clamp, and the clamp will automatically operate during the self check process.
