Maintenance precautions for Crush Tester
The YT-YS3000A crush tester is a new type of instrument developed by our company in accordance with the new national standards. The instrument adopts advanced components, supporting components, and single-chip microcontrollers from both domestic and foreign sources for reasonable construction and multifunctional design. Equipped with LCD Chinese display, intelligent touch button operation, with various parameter testing, conversion, adjustment, display, memory, printing and other functions included in the standard. It has data processing function, which can directly obtain statistical results of various data. It also has over range protection and fault self diagnosis function.
The instrument has a compact structure, small volume, light weight, full functionality, easy adjustment, simple operation, and stable performance. It is a basic instrument for testing the compressive strength performance of cardboard. The instrument is equipped with corresponding auxiliary tools to perform the following tests:
——Equipped with a center plate for ring compression testing and a dedicated sampler for ring compression strength testing (RCT) of cardboard
——Equipped with edge compression (bonding) test samplers, vertical compression samplers, and auxiliary fixtures for conducting edge compression (vertical compression) strength tests (ECT) on corrugated cardboard
——Equipped with a peel strength test stand for conducting a bond (peel) strength test (PAT) on corrugated cardboard
——Equipped with a flat compression test sampler for conducting a flat compression strength test (FCT) on corrugated cardboard
——Equipped with a groove tester and auxiliary equipment, conduct flat and vertical strength tests (CCT and CMT) on corrugated core base paper
Maintenance and upkeep of compression testing machine
After the test is completed, the power should be turned off in a timely manner and the workbench should be cleaned to keep it clean and dust-free.
When not using this instrument for a long time, it should be covered with a dust cover.
Regularly clean the screw and guide post with a clean dry cloth, apply lubricant after wiping, and start the machine to move back and forth more than 3 times (the lubricant can be general lubricating oil, and lithium based grease is recommended). This work is usually carried out once a quarter, and the pillar cover needs to be removed for maintenance.
Pay more attention to whether there is any abnormal noise from the components during mechanical movement and whether the fasteners are loose. And timely maintenance should be carried out.
