Installation and Debugging of Powder Drop Rate Tester

23-02-2024

The YT-DFL Powder Drop Rate Tester (hereinafter referred to as the powder drop rate) is a basic instrument for measuring the powder drop rate of toilet paper and its products. Its various performance parameters and technical indicators refer to the requirements of the national standard GB/T20810 for powder drop rate measurement of toilet paper (including toilet paper base paper).

The working principle of powder loss rate is to clamp the sample onto the sample chuck, press the "Start" button, swing the swing arm back and forth according to certain requirements to the specified time, weigh the mass of the sample before and after swing, and thus calculate the powder loss rate of the sample.

The instrument should be placed on a sturdy and stable working platform, and there should be no strong magnetic fields or vibration sources around it to avoid affecting the accuracy of the test.

Notes:

1) Before starting work every day, please heat up the machine for 5 minutes.

2) The main power supply of the instrument is a three core plug. It is strongly recommended to install a ground wire and ground protection for the socket.

3) If there is any abnormal circuit during the testing process, please shut down immediately and ask the electrical engineer of the equipment department to handle it.

4) Gloves should be worn during the experiment, and the sample should be handled with care to avoid affecting the test results. After opening the outer packaging of the sample, the test should be conducted immediately and completed within 1 hour.
