The YT-LA series Vertical Tensile Tester is a testing instrument developed by our company in accordance with the new national standards.


This instrument adopts a unique vertical design, which has the characteristics of compact structure, complete functions, and convenient operation. The instrument adopts advanced components, supporting components, and single-chip microcontrollers from both domestic and foreign technologies for reasonable construction and multifunctional design. It has various parameter testing, conversion, adjustment, display, memory, and printing functions included in the standard, data processing functions, and can directly obtain statistical results of various data. It also has functions such as sensor over range protection, motor overload protection, and fault self diagnosis.


1、 Fault phenomenon: No display, button failure


Cause analysis: The fuse (2A 250V) is burnt out, the power switch is damaged, the power cord has poor contact or is loose, and the display screen is damaged


Troubleshooting and repair: Replace the fuse tube (the fuse is located below the power socket, and the plastic clip of the fuse can be pulled out after removing the power cord), replace the power switch, inspect and repair the power cord, and replace the display screen


2、 Fault phenomenon: After power on or during use, the display is disorderly and the buttons do not work


Cause analysis: System crashes


Troubleshooting and repair: Turn off the power and restart


3、 Fault phenomenon: The printer does not operate when pressing the "Print" button

Cause analysis: 1. The printing head connection is loose or has poor contact; 2. Damaged print head


Troubleshooting and maintenance: 1. Check the printing circuit; 2. Replace the print head


4: Fault phenomenon: The display has no display or displays randomly, but other functions of the testing machine are normal


Cause analysis: 1. The display cable is loose or has poor contact; 2. Damaged display

Troubleshooting and maintenance: 1. Check the circuit; 2. Replace the display screen


5: Fault phenomenon: Normal display, buttons not working

Cause analysis: Touch screen damage

Troubleshooting and maintenance: replacing the display screen


6: Fault phenomenon: Normal display, motor working state out of control

Cause analysis: Motor control circuit malfunction

Troubleshooting and maintenance: Check the circuit, identify faults, and take corresponding measures (handled by professional personnel)


7: Fault phenomenon: out of control setting of clamping distance

Cause analysis: Limit switch damaged

Troubleshooting and maintenance: replace the limit switch


Maintenance and upkeep

The operator should read the user manual carefully, strictly follow the operating procedures, and perform the following maintenance work:


Regularly keep the testing machine clean, and cover it with dust when not in use for a long time.


When there is a malfunction in the testing machine, professional personnel should be invited to check and troubleshoot, and do not operate it with defects.


The transmission screw part of the testing machine should be regularly lubricated with a small amount of lubricating oil.


Pay attention to protecting the clamping surface of the chuck. There should be no foreign objects or dust on the clamping surface. After stretching, close the two clamping surfaces to prevent dust and foreign objects from falling in.
