How to select suitable samples for a Tissue Ball Burst Tester
The Tissue Ball Burst Tester is used to test the burst strength of various types of toilet paper, toilet paper, paper handkerchiefs, etc. Analyze the burst strength of dry and wet samples using the principle of using a ball shaped test head to puncture the sample. How to select suitable samples for Tissue Ball Burst Tester
1) The sample should not have wrinkles, dust, or obvious damage.
2) The testing area of the sample should be larger than the pressure ring, and the clamped area cannot be used for the next measurement.
3) Treat the samples according to the standard atmospheric conditions specified in GB/T 10739, and prepare 10 samples yourself.
4) For processed toilet paper products, they should be tested directly on the product, regardless of the number of layers. A processed product can usually be directly used as a sample.
5) Unprocessed toilet paper should be measured in single layers, unless otherwise specified by both parties.
6) Toilet toilet paper is usually perforated roll paper. When testing this type of sample, it is more convenient to use three consecutive sections of paper. The two outer sections of paper are used to transfer the sample to the clamping system, and the middle section is used for testing. For toilet paper with a pitch greater than 120 mm and unperforated toilet paper, a sample length of approximately 300 mm is taken.
7) Toilet paper products may have embossing, printing, easily cut punch lines, folding, or a combination of the above features. In this case, avoid placing the above feature areas directly on the penetration position of the clamping system (especially folding and punching).
