Operation guide for Concora Medium Fluter
Concora Medium Fluter is a basic testing equipment for corrugated base paper to undergo corrugated paper flat pressing (CMT) and corrugated edge pressing (CCT) after being corrugated in the laboratory. It needs to be used in conjunction with a RCT Sample Cutter and Crush Tester.
Precautions before operation
The main power supply of the instrument is a three core plug, and it is strongly recommended to ground the protective ground wire.
The instrument should be placed on a flat platform to avoid testing errors caused by platform deformation during testing. It is recommended to place the instrument on a sturdy and stable working platform (such as a cement experimental platform).
The time interval between turning off the power switch and turning it on again must exceed 5 seconds.
Operation guide for Concora Medium Fluter
1. Insert the device power plug into the power outlet. Turn on the power switch and the system enters the 5.2 standby interface.
2. Parameter setting: Long press the date and time display to adjust the date and time. Enter the year, month, day, hour, minute, and second.
3. Cut the sample without corrugation, with a width of 12.7 ± 0.1 mm and a length of 152 ± 0.5 mm
4. According to the national standard requirements, set the temperature of instrument "Channel 1" and "Channel 2" to 175 ℃
5. Press the [Heating Switch] button, and in the page, the "Heating Status", "Channel 1", and "Channel 2" will be displayed. The number of "small flames" will increase in a cycle, from 1-2 to 3-1. Wait until the instrument temperature stabilizes (175 ± 8) ℃.
6. Insert the sample vertically into the injection port, and prepare the sample to make it corrugated.
