1. Gently pull out the knob cap of the pressure regulating valve, turn the knob cap clockwise to the appropriate clamping pressure (for example, when directly adjusting from high pressure to low pressure, it should first be adjusted counterclockwise to below the required pressure value and then clockwise to increase it to the required pressure value). After adjusting the pressure on the pressure gauge, press down the knob cap of the pressure regulating valve, and then there is no need to adjust it again.
2. Sample preparation: The cutting of the sample shall be carried out according to GB/T 450, with each sample cut into 100mm × 100mm specification. The sample should be subjected to temperature and humidity treatment; The sample should be flat and should not be compressed or folded.3. Place the sample in the center of the lower pressure plate and press the start button in the waiting state. The upper pressure plate will automatically press the sample, and the adhesive film will slowly lift upwards. The display screen will display the pressure and time in real-time and the curve will be displayed.4. After the test is completed, the adhesive film automatically returns to its original position, displaying the interface to be tested. The left pane displays the measured values, and the right pane displays the measurement curve. Follow the above steps to test multiple samples, and the test results will be automatically saved.
Statistics are conducted after multiple measurements (at least three times), and the instrument will automatically calculate the maximum, minimum, average, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and average burst index of burst resistance.
